1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and Score 8 ("Platform", "We") in connection with your use of the score8.click website and all services offered through it.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Score 8 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may publish from time to time. These Terms take effect immediately upon registration of your account.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the Score 8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not currently prohibited or restricted from using the Score 8 platform for any reason.

Score 8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts suspected of being owned by underage individuals will be suspended immediately pending verification.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at Score 8. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses but belonging to the same individual.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility unless there is evidence of unauthorised access reported to us promptly.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required prior to your first withdrawal. Accepted documents: Malaysian MyKad or a valid Passport.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Score 8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all payment methods.
• All deposits are processed within 1 minute of payment confirmation being received.
• Score 8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds must be your own and sourced from legitimate means.
• Score 8 reserves the right to decline suspicious deposits or request verification of the source of funds.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your Score 8 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 for regular members, with higher rates for VIP members.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Score 8 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 for security purposes.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to a bonus withdrawal cap of 5x the bonus amount received.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Score 8 are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms:

• The Welcome Bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered a Score 8 account.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The standard rollover for the Score 8 Welcome Bonus is 15x (deposit + bonus).
• The maximum bet amount while a bonus is active is maximum RM 50 per round for casino games and slots.
• Bonuses will expire if the rollover requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

• Game outcomes are final. Score 8 is not liable for losses resulting from legitimate game results.
• In the event of a technical issue during a game session, Score 8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount.

• Legitimate gameplay strategies are permitted, but any technique intended to exploit system bugs is subject to account action.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at Score 8 covers a wide range of leagues and events including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, Malaysia Open badminton, and e-sports. The following rules apply:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless stated under specific conditions.
• Live (in-play) bets are automatically closed when odds are no longer available or a match is suspended.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be refunded.
• Parlay bets require all selections to win for a payout to be made.

9. Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

• Using another person's identity, identification card, or financial information.
• Bonus abuse such as transferring bonuses between accounts or using hedging techniques to eliminate betting risk.
• Use of any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools during gameplay.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt Score 8's technical infrastructure.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information to Score 8.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards Score 8 staff or other members.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

A Score 8 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• By the Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the Score 8 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be returned once all applicable rollovers have been settled.
• By Score 8: We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from the platform may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
